World of Fizz Tasting Enjoy 5 premium tasters of sparkling wine from across the globe. From the prestigious houses of Champagne and the sun-soaked vineyards of Spain (Cava) to the hills of Italy (Prosecco) and beyond.

During the session, you’ll discover:

• The Senses: A guided walkthrough of aromas and tasting notes.

The After-Party: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Live Music with Paul Black Once the corks have popped and the tasting is complete, stay for an intimate performance by The Broch’s very own music man, Paul Black. It’s the perfect soundtrack to a summer Friday night.
