Barley is only ever dried by air, stills are the slowest in Scotland & casks take 6 years to prepare.

The result is complex depth & bright tropical notes with a spicy oak finish.

Hints of candied lemon & pineapple show the influence of the bourbon casks, balanced by the rich intensity of signature sherry wood.
