Lowlands
The Lowlands area stretches from the Scottish borders to the Kingdom of Fife and across to Glasgow and is known for its lighter flavour profile. Bladnoch, Daftmill and Rosebank are setting the bar for single malt production in the region activating a revival for the area. Historically there was more distillation in the Lowlands than any other region of Scotland.
