The GlenAllachie – 15yr

Part of the initial relaunch of GlenAllachie’s core range following Billy Walker (formerly of BenRiach) purchasing the distillery in 2017, the 25 Year Old is the oldest of the four released (also including a 10-Year-Old Cask Strength, a 12-Year-Old and an 18-Year-Old). It was matured in American oak, Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks for a quarter of a century before being bottled at 48% ABV.
