Bottega White Gold is a Venezia doc wine obtained from the vinification of Glera, Chardonnay & Pinot grapes. With its great character this brut sparkling wine is fresh & elegant, representing an expression of the territory where the grapes are grown, among the provinces of Treviso & Venice. It has great character!

Colour – straw yellow with gold reflexes, fine & persistent perlage.

Bouquet – elegant & refined, it is charaterised by fruity hints mainly apple & peach, delicate floral aromas with a finish of honey notes & a special aromaticity reminding of dried fruit.

Taste – soft & captivating, on the palate it creates a perfect balance between the freshness of Glera grapes, the body of Chardonnay grape & the acidity of Pinot grape.

Perfect as an aperitif, goes well with fish or vegetable based first courses.  Perfect match with white meat chicken & turkey.
