Benromach Contrast Triple Distilled

The art of triple distillation is quite rare at Scottish distilleries but by doing so Benromach have produced a smoother, lighter malt.

Passing once through the wash still and twice through the spirit still.  Then matured in bourbon casks for 10 years between 2011 & 2022, the triple distillation gives results of layers of delicate fruit, floral malts & soft smoke.

On the nose, aromas of malted biscuits & vanilla pods.

Tastes of ripe tropical fruits & fresh apples with an elegant subtle smoke & pepper towards the finish.
