The Negroni is an Italian cocktail made with Gin, Vermouth and Campari then garnished with an orange peel. Traditionally, a Negroni is stirred, not shaken and is built over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml gin (we used Botanist)
- 25ml red vermouth
- Garnish with an orange peel
