Singapore Sling:

It’s a classic gin cocktail that has enchanted drinkers for over a century and is made using cointreau, benedictine, gin and cherry brandy. 

Ingredients: 

100ml gin

100ml cointreau

50ml benedictine

50ml cherry brandy 

175ml lemon juice

soda water to top

lemon wedges and cherries to garnish
