We are absolutely thrilled to host a Persie Distillery tasting event in ‘The Chaumer’ on Saturday, 17th May 2025 at 3 PM! We’re privileged to have Karen, a Persie expert, guiding us through the afternoon.

Experience the magic of Persie’s hand-crafted gins, made in small batches at the foot of Glenshee, Highland Perthshire. Their beautiful copper pot still, “Phil the Still,” is a sight to behold!
