Glenfiddich Project XX Experimental Series #02

The second release in Glenfiddich’s Experimental Series is their Project XX expression, made by not one Malt Master but twenty.

Twenty Malt Masters were invited to the Glenfiddich distillery & picked any expression from the thousands of casks maturing in the warehouse.  The twenty chosen whiskies were then married by Malt Master Brian Kinsman to create this single malt.

Aromas of woody spicy notes, toffee & orange peel. On the palate lots of wood,  cloves, cinnamon & vanilla with wood tannins, all wrapped up with sweet fudge notes.  Long & layered with notes of espresso & dark chocolate.
